A Dose of Inspiration For First TimersB.E.A.S.T Fitness classes are unlike any other group fitness program out there! Whether you are a Beginner or Athlete, there is a class for YOU. Your goal may be to lose weight, or get shredded, or maybe you just want to maintain your current physique but enjoy a challenge. So many people spend hours and hours exercising every week, without seeing results. Once you try the classes at B.E.A.S.T. Fitness, you will know what "working out" should really feel like. B.E.A.S.T. stands for Bodyweight, Endurance, Agility, Strength Training and we have taken a fun, yet intense approach to teaching and offer a large variety of classes so members can attend very often, but never repeat the same work out. With consistent attendance and proper nutrition you will see results pretty much immediately. Don't worry if you are a flat out beginner! Begin at your own level, leave the ego at home, and trust that your body will get stronger with each class. YOU just bring a positive mental attitude, and let B.E.A.S.T. If you are coming from the North, take 95 to Woolbright Exit. head East to Seacrest Blvd and turn south. You will turn left into the complex BEFORE you hit 22nd Avenue.
If you are coming from the South, take 95 to Atlantic Avenue, turn left on Swinton Avenue. Take Swinton to 22nd Avenue and turn Right on 22nd. Then make a Left on Seacrest and the Complex entrance will be on the right.
