BEAST JR Fitness Training begins April 1st!!!
 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday's 
  • Ages 5-8 4:45-5:45pm----Ages 9-14 6pm-7pm
A fun way to introduce fitness with age appropriate calisthenics and strength work. An awesome way to keep kids active and teach them the basics of physical fitness so they can be excited to have physical fitness as part of their week! This program emphasizes the basic drills necessary to enhance the child athlete while learning speed drills, obstacles, techniques that enhance stamina, agility, flexibility, and coordination. Perfect component to have for children involved in sports!
