Our training program is designed for ordinary people, looking for an extraordinary fitness program! We dedicate ourselves to each and every client. With the right commitment and support, failure is not an option.
Trainers can TRAIN you at B.E.A.S.T locations, some local gyms, or right at your home!

1 on 1 training

The B.E.A.S.T. Method is by far better than any personal training you can get at an ordinary gym. The trainers use the method of muscle confusion, which will prohibit clients from hitting plateaus. The workout sessions will be changed up frequently and the trainers will help you figure out how to trick your body into achieving faster and more intense results. We offer a "New Member Special" for those who want to spend a month with a Personal Trainer before committing to the group classes.

Semi private training

This is similar to the 1on 1 training concept, except the session will be instructed to a small group of 3-5 clients at a time, using a “Station Rotation” method. You can call us with your group of 3, or we can try to form a group for you! Tandem (two client) Training is also available!
