Descriptions

 *INDOOR- Saturday 7am and 7:45am will be located at 240 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444

"Basix" or Beginner Level: New to B.E.A.S.T. Fitness? We recommend you begin with classes that have "Beginner Level" options, and continue until you feel ready to try the other classes. "Basix" will be considered "Stage 1" and appropriate for those looking for a LOW IMPACT class to introduce the foundations of fitness. The variety of classes includes Power Pilates, Upper Body Conditioning, Cardio Conditioning, and Lower Body Conditioning to ensure a total body work out through the week!

Obstacle Mania: You're going to run, roll, jump, crawl, flip, pull, carru, push and test your limits in a different way every time.

X-Treme Athlete: Using the training techniques in Speed & Agility, this class will work you through speed work, obstacle routines, and other cardio conditioning modalities using speed/agility/explosive power. 
Body Combat
: A combination of speed training, strength & power, Kick-boxing, resistance training with an "earn a six pack" routine!

Total Body EFX: This class is perfect for all training levels. It’s a full body workout combined with light weight training and cardio. Total Body EFX is designed to tone and condition using compound movements.

#45:  A powerful 45 minute weight training class with the use of barbells, (occasionally may mix in dumbbells, kettle bells, slam balls) situated in a 'super set/tri-set/drop set' style format.

Death March: The always moving workout that encompasses obstacles as well as lightweight equipment that is sure to exhaust your respiratory reserves.

Station Obliteration:  When circuit training meets HIIT Training the possibilities are infinite. Be ready for a high heart rate, full body work out.

Build & Shred: This workout will focus on building lean muscle with the use of dumbbells, barbells, and kettle bells.

Dynamix: A specialty training class using a mix of weight training, cardio moves, core and resistance

Boot Camp: A total body work out going back to that old "Boot Camp" style. This class is appropriate for all levels, and the trainer will show modifications when needed! As with all our classes, you can expect a new class routine each week!

X-Treme HIIT: High Intense Interval Training at its' finest.... May include distance running, sprints, jump rope, obstacles and Plyometrics.

Upper Body /Lower Body Conditioning: Upper Body Conditioning will be Partner or Individual style format that strengthen, condition & take that part of body to absolute failure, while  focus on the Lower Body in the same fashion the opposite day.

Max Out- Take each rep to failure with this strategically formulated class, designed to reach muscle fatigue by consistent build up on reps

Power Pilates Use of  mat Pilates and Light weight routines sure to burn, tighten, and tone. Part of the BASIX program, but it is an All Level Workout for anyone who joins!
