Descriptions of BEAST BOOT CAMP classes

 *INDOOR- Saturday 7am and 7:45am will be located at 240 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444

ALL other classes are held at Seacrest Soccer Complex, 2505 Seacrest Blvd, see home page for directions.

BEAST JUNIOR- Boot Camp for kids ages 5- 8 and 9-14 to increase all levels of sports and fitness with age appropriate routines. (Please see the "Program" tab for more info) Ages 5-8 4:45pm & ages 9-14 6pm

"BASIX" or Beginner Level: New to B.E.A.S.T. Fitness? We recommend you begin with these BASIX classes and continue until you feel ready to try the other classes. "Basix" will be considered "Stage 1" and appropriate for those looking for a LOWER IMPACT class to introduce the foundations of fitness. The variety of classes includes Conditioning and Strength just like the regular classes! 

BEAST-CONDITIONING:  Get a total endurance and stamina workout with a surprise from the trainers each week! The work out can be styles such as HIIT,  Stations, Tabata, Wildcard, Interval Training, with a little bit of everything in between. Expect a different style each class!

BEAST-STRENGTH This class will give you the opportunity to build, shred & tone while trainers focus on different body parts on a rotating basis ad "push/pull" method. Use of dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, slam balls, ropes and more!Not your average weight class!  

BEAST Apocalypse: The Zombie Apocalypse is real and it's here :) Expect to relearn every exercise you thought you've mastered. Take your muscles to failure and your cardio respiratory system to the max. "Comfort Zone" does not exist here.

B.L.A.S.T: 45 minute classes that focus on Booty, Legs, Arms, Shoulders, Tummy. Less intense than the other classes, more focus on toning and strengthening focused body parts.

BEACH B.L.A.S.T: 45 minute conditioning workout on the sand. Meet at the beach on A1A in Delray, north of the Marriot, near the sailboats. Meter parking. Email or call us with any questions.
