Descriptions of BEAST BOOT CAMP classes

 *INDOOR- Saturday 7am to 8:30am will be located at 240 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444

ALL other classes are held at Seacrest Soccer Complex, 2505 Seacrest Blvd, see home page for directions.

"BASIX" or Beginner Level: New to B.E.A.S.T. Fitness? We recommend you begin with these BASIX classes and continue until you feel ready to try the other classes. "Basix" will be considered "Stage 1" and appropriate for those looking for a LOWER IMPACT class to introduce the foundations of fitness. The variety of classes includes Conditioning, Resistance, and Strength!

Met-Con:  Get a total endurance and stamina workout combining Metabolic with Conditioning routines.  Expect a different style each class!

TriFit/20 This class, divided into three 20 minute routines, will give you the opportunity to build, shred & tone while trainers focus on different body parts on a rotating basis in two "20 min" segments, adding in 20 minutes of HIIT/Endurance Training. 

BEAST Apocalypse: The Zombie Apocalypse is real and it's here :) Expect to relearn every exercise you thought you've mastered. Take your muscles to failure and your cardio respiratory system to the max. "Comfort Zone" does not exist here.

BOOTY & the BEAST: A class that focuses on Booty & Core.  Targeted moves for Glutes, Thighs, and Abdominals with small intervals of cardio/plyo throughout the class. 

HIIT Conditioning: "High Intense Interval Training" Increase stamina and improve endurance. 

SCULPT: Lighter weights with High reps, focusing on sculpting the body, tightening and toning lean muscle, core work and spurts of Intense Cardio moves in between.

BEAST W.O.D & Open Gym: Every Saturday there will be a Strength workout & Conditioning workout, or Open Gym...come & pick 1 or pick all

BEAST JUNIOR- Boot Camp for kids ages 5- 8 and 9-14 to increase all levels of sports and fitness with age appropriate routines. (Please see the "Program" tab for more info)

**BEAST Benchmark Workouts**: Throughout the 3-month period there will be 10 BEAST Benchmark Workouts to earn a spot on the BEAST Leader board (posted on Website & FB page)
