Description of BEAST CLASSES

 *INDOOR- Saturday 7am to 8:30am will be located at 240 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444

ALL other classes are held at Seacrest Soccer Complex, 2505 Seacrest Blvd, see home page for directions.

"BASIX" or Beginner Level: New to B.E.A.S.T. Fitness? We recommend you begin with these BASIX classes and continue until you feel ready to try the other classes. "Basix" will be considered "Stage 1" and appropriate for those looking for a LOWER IMPACT class to introduce the foundations of fitness. The variety of classes includes:

 Upper Gainz: Resistance training geared towards strengthening your upper body -Lower Body Shredder: Lower body toning and resistance work - Butts & Guts focus on core, glutes, thighs & obliques 


BEAST-BATA:  The ABSOLUTE hardest version of Tabata you will EVER experience!!!!!

OCR (Obstacle Course Racing): Expect to Run, Jump, Move, Carry and make your way through a full body workout.

APOCALYPSE: The Zombie Apocalypse is real and it's here. Push your muscles to failure and your cardio respiratory system to the max. Every week will be a different theme. The term "Comfort Zone" does not exist nor is it accepted here.

SELF-DEFENSE: Drop in at 5:30, 6:00 or 6:30 for a non-stop workout where you Learn how to Strike, Kick and stand your ground. 

H.I.I.T. 45: "High Intensity Interval Training" Push your stamina and improve endurance. (45 Mins)

ANOMALY: The endless pursuit of Increasing Muscle Mass while Decreasing Body-Fat. Lifting routines made to maximize muscle fiber exertion while maintaining a high heart rate. 

BROLIC #45: Every Saturday there will be a Strength workout starting at 7 a.m. - pound the weights for 45 mins. 

BATTLE COMPLEX: Will it be either the PYRAMID Complex, LADDER Complex, ATHLETE Complex or all three.... You'll just have to show up and see if you can complete it in 60 minutes or less!!!

CROSS-FIT WHAT???:Our version on one of the most popular Fitness Franchise's to date..... AMRAP BEAST style!!!

GLUTE-CAMP: Get ready to move that BOOTAY non-stop by working and driving those hips to a tighter and rounder Gluteus Maximus

B.O.B (Best Of the Best): Find, Test, Define and Push your Athletic Threshold on this Athletic Course

BEAST MARCH: Previously known as "Death March," the non-stop moving class which utilizes the whole field as it's playground. 

HOUSE OF PAIN: With HALLOWEEN around the corner, this class will give you something to really be afraid of BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
