Descriptions

 *INDOOR- Saturday 7am and 7:45am & Sunday 8am will be located at 240 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444

ALL other classes are held at Seacrest Soccer Complex, 2505 Seacrest Blvd, see home page for directions.

"BASIX" or Beginner Level: New to B.E.A.S.T. Fitness? We recommend you begin with these BASIX classes and continue until you feel ready to try the other classes. "Basix" will be considered "Stage 1" and appropriate for those looking for a LOWER IMPACT class to introduce the foundations of fitness. The variety of classes includes Fusion (Full body strength training),Build & Shred (Build strength, increase stamina and add power).T.K.O ("Total KnockOut") BEAST spin on Martial Arts/ Boxing Fat Shredder (Heart racing, endurance workout to burn calories and scorch fat)

BEAST Jr- Boot Camp for kids ages 8-13 to increase all levels of sports and fitness with age appropriate routines. 

BEAST-WildCard:  Get totally worked with a surprise from Rod each week! The work out can be anything from HIIT to Stations to Interval Training, with a little bit of everything in between. Expect a different style each class!

BEAST-Physique: Train toward your goal. This class will give you the option to build & tone or condition...or have the best of both worlds. Each class will focus on different body parts on a rotating basis.  

BEAST Apocalypse: The Zombie Apocalypse is real and it's here :) Expect to relearn every exercise you thought you've mastered. Take your muscles to failure and your cardio respiratory system to the max. "Comfort Zone" does not exist here.

Z-Fit:  Rod "Zilla's" powerful 45 minute weight training class taught at CrossFit Dimensions, each Saturday with a new rep scheme to build upon strength and power.

150BPM: 150BPM- That's the lowest your heart rate will be in only 45 minutes. Increase your endurance and stamina! 

Detox- Each week will alternate between a Cardio/Endurance class (30 mins) followed by 15 mins deep athletic stretching and an Athletic Yoga class. Either way you will get a sweat pumping detox every Sunday! Always located at Crossfit Dimensions, located 240 SE 2nd Ave.
