Descriptions

*INDOOR- Mon, Wed & Fri at 8:30am AND Saturday 7am and 7:45am will be located at 240 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444

ALL other classes are held at Seacrest Soccer Complex, 2505 Seacrest Blvd, see home page for directions.

"Basix" or Beginner Level: New to B.E.A.S.T. Fitness? We recommend you begin with these BASIX classes and continue until you feel ready to try the other classes. "Basix" will be considered "Stage 1" and appropriate for those looking for a LOWER IMPACT class to introduce the foundations of fitness. The variety of classes includes Tap-Out (our version of Kick-boxing with various combat strikes with or without hand weights),Plyo-Matrix (A series of movement, non-stop pace, fat blasting cardio) Train2Gain (upper and lower body weight training to build lean muscle mass) HIIT Core (Blend of core, cardio, and plyo with various equipment)

High Octane: This class can be anything from an "Obstacle Style" set up, "Sprints/abs/Plyo" to "Weight training/Kettles at a high rep count.

X-Treme Athlete: Using the training techniques in Speed & Agility, this class will work you through speed work, obstacle routines, and other cardio conditioning modalities using speed/agility/explosive power.

Barbell Burnout:  A powerful 45 minute weight training class with the use of barbells, (occasionally may mix in dumbbells, kettle bells, slam balls) situated in a 'super set/tri-set/drop set' style format.

Non-Stop: The always moving workout that encompasses predominantly bodyweight exercises with very little rest... sure to blast calories, while using a timed method of instruction.

BROLIC: This workout will focus on "old school" weight training techniques to build lean muscle and gain strength with a focus on 3 specific muscles each time.

Boot Camp: A total body work out going back to that old "Boot Camp" style. This class is appropriate for all levels, and the trainer will show modifications when needed! As with all our classes, you can expect a new class routine each week!

HIIT Core: High Intense Interval Training at its' finest.... Get that six-pack with this class focusing on lower & upper abs, and obliques. Battle ropes, Bodyweight, Bosu and cardio exercises ( sprints, jump rope, obstacles and Plyometrics).

HIIT Cardio/Resistance:  An interval method performed at a continuous fast paced level, while rotating through cardio, resistance, power and core moves.

Reality Check- Expect to relearn every exercise you thought you've mastered. Take your muscles to failure and your cardio respiratory system to the max. "Comfort Zone" does not exist here.

Tabata This class will be a total body workout using Rod's method of "tabata 25/5" (short intense intervals followed by rest).
