Descriptions

 *INDOOR- Mon, Wed & Fri at 8:30am AND Saturday 7am and 7:45am will be located at 240 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444

ALL other classes are held at Seacrest Soccer Complex, 2505 Seacrest Blvd, see home page for directions.

"Basix" or Beginner Level: New to B.E.A.S.T. Fitness? We recommend you begin with these BASIX classes and continue until you feel ready to try the other classes. "Basix" will be considered "Stage 1" and appropriate for those looking for a LOWER IMPACT class to introduce the foundations of fitness. The variety of classes includes BEAST Synthesis (Cardio, resistance, body strength training, obliques and back),BEAST Black Belt (A series of striking combos/conditioning with cardio, resistance & target applications. Improving and adapting the core fundamentals of kickboxing moves. BEAST Body (Bands, Bosu,  Body Weight, Plyo, Resistance & Conditioning) BEAST Build (Blend of exercises for Weight training) 


Power: High intense cardio paired with weight training to strengthen and tone the lower body. Format of the class will always change, but concentration will always be on lower body. 

Arsenal: Using an arsenal of BEAST equipment, you will be pushing your body to physical limits. An endurance class with a ton of variety!

Barbells:  A powerful 45 minute weight training class with the use of barbells, (occasionally may mix in dumbbells & kettle bells) situated in a 'super set/tri-set/drop set' style format.

BROLIC: This workout will focus on "old school" weight training techniques to build lean muscle and gain strength with a focus on 2 to 3 specific muscles each time.

Conditioning:  An interval method performed at a continuous fast paced level, while rotating through cardio, resistance, power and core moves to increase endurance and stamina, taught in a HIIT format!

Apocalypse- The Zombie Apocalypse is real and it's here :) Expect to relearn every exercise you thought you've mastered. Take your muscles to failure and your cardio respiratory system to the max. "Comfort Zone" does not exist here.  

Tabata This class will be a total body workout using Rod's method of "tabata 25/5" (short intense intervals followed by rest).
