Descriptions of BEAST BOOT CAMP classes

 *INDOOR- Saturday 7am to 8:30am will be located at 240 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444

ALL other classes are held at Seacrest Soccer Complex, 2505 Seacrest Blvd, see home page for directions.

"BASIX" or Beginner Level: New to B.E.A.S.T. Fitness? We recommend you begin with these BASIX classes and continue until you feel ready to try the other classes. "Basix" will be considered "Stage 1" and appropriate for those looking for a LOWER IMPACT class to introduce the foundations of fitness. The variety of classes includes:

 Tabata Method of 20 seconds of work/10 off for 8 rounds -Body Sculpt Total body toning and resistance work - Butts & Guts focus on core, glutes, thighs, obliques Tapout MMA/Boxing style

Wildcard:  Get a total endurance and stamina workout with a totally different format for each class.  Expect a surprise each week!

Maddog 30/30 This class will give you the opportunity to build, shred & tone with the use of weights and resistance training for 30 mins, and also increase your heart rate with  HIIT/Endurance Training for 30 minutes! 

Combine Training: Speed training with a mix of plyometrics, ladder drills, and Olympic weightlifting moves.

Apocalypse: The Zombie Apocalypse is real and it's here :) Expect to relearn every exercise you thought you've mastered. Take your muscles to failure and your cardio respiratory system to the max. "Comfort Zone" does not exist here.

Butts & Guts: A class that focuses on Booty & Core.  Targeted moves for Glutes, Thighs, and Abdominals with small intervals of cardio/plyo throughout the class. 

HIIT 45: "High Intense Interval Training" Increase stamina and improve endurance. (45 Mins)

SCULPT: Lighter weights with High reps, focusing on sculpting the body, tightening and toning lean muscle, core work and spurts of Intense Cardio moves in between. 

BEAST #45: Every Saturday there will be a Strength workout starting at 7am #45- pound the weights for 45 mins.
