I have played professional soccer in Europe now for almost 6 years. With that being said, I have been put through some of the most grueling preseason trainings imaginable ranging from countries in Eastern, Western, Northern Europe, and even USA in the
MLS. This past summer I recently began working out with ground-zero fitness, and to say that I was impressed is an understatement. Their methods are extremely innovative, and some of the finest I have seen to date. However, even if you were able to duplicate
the exercises which are practiced, the quality wouldn't be the same as Rod and James seem to always find a way to push you past your comfort zone which is where real results are experienced. I have never felt more fit and sharp than I did after the one month
I spent training at ground zero. I feel physically more prepared for a season than I ever have in my entire life. I highly recommend it to anyone who takes personal fitness seriously and wants to reach their peak physical potential.

I have been going to the gym for years and basically just doing the same thing….cardio, cardio and more cardio. I would attempt to lift weights but just wasn’t very motivated and ended up doing the same routine over and over again and not really seeing
any results. My friend Jessica and I decided one day to try something new, we went to our first class at GZF with James and immediately we were hooked. I have been going for a few months now and I definitely see results. The classes are very motivating and
filled with great energy. I get an overall workout and the push I need.

If you are not a gym person (like myself), then this is the perfect form of workout for you. Since I canceled my gym membership & started GZF Boot Camp back in April 2011, I’ve noticed a tremendous difference in my arms, chest, stomach, back & legs! My
personal goal is to get toned & I am definitely seeing results. If it wasn’t for James’ & Rod’s high energy level, super positive attitudes & motivation, I’d be stuck at the gym doing the same workouts. I am so glad that I joined and would recommend GZF to
anyone!! Remember, your body can do anything – join today!

I started GZF Boot Camp a few years ago and then took a year break to have my second child. Once I started again in Jan 2011, I have seen amazing results beyond loosing some pounds. I am getting more toned, lowered by body fat percentage, and have a higher
energy level. The trainers take a personal vested interest in keeping you motivated and you can’t find that anywhere! Not only are their regular Boot Camp classes amazing, but I have also become addicted to their Gorilla Zone Training on Saturdays – AMAZING!
It gives a different level of challenges to your body and it is fun! Thanks GZF!!!

By far the best full body cardio workout I have ever done. Totally exhausting, amazingly exhilarating and extremely addictive!

When I started Boot Camp, I felt so out of shape. I began with the beginner class for 4 weeks, then went to the advanced class. The workouts are always so invigorating and I leave Boot Camp feeling awesome. I lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks, just by adding Boot
Camp 2 to 3 times a week. I highly recommend GZF Boot Camp, over any other classes out there!

My story is probably very typical to most middle-aged men. I had become overweight, tired and bloated after gaining more than 30 pounds over a several year period. My goal was simple. I am 39 years old and will celebrate two very important milestones in
my life in 2011; My 40th Birthday and 10th Anniversary. It was very important to me to stop dreaming about being in the best shape of my life at 40 and start doing. Once I was introduced to GZ Fitness I knew that I had found what I was looking for. I started
attending sessions twice weekly and over the first 6 weeks of training I lost 10lbs, 3 inches on my waist and went from 26.9% bodyfat to 22.5% bodyfat (almost 20%). That’s just in the first 6 weeks!!! I honestly cannot believe the physical and mental transformation
that I am undergoing. Their total body workouts are very effective because the sessions are never the same. This keeps things fresh and keeps you guessing as to what challenges are coming next. The training and advice are excellent and because it’s like a
big family you don’t want to miss classes or slack off. I went from being very unhappy to being very proud of my physical and mental fitness. I look forward to all the classes now and do so knowing that, I am, with the help of Rod, James and Jaci going to
truly be in the best shape of my life this year.

Ground Zero Fitness boot camp is not your average exercise class. It has literally changed my entire approach to fitness and what it means to commit to a healthy lifestyle. I have lost over 6% body fat and I want to continue to lose more. I am addicted
to the classes and cannot get enough. What I truly love are the diverse classes and how challenging and gratifying they are. Also, the trainers, Rod and James, are true motivators with their positive attitudes. Just when you think you can't go any further,
they are there to motivate and encourage you that you can and that you will. I highly recommend GZF to anyone who wants to make a change and lead a healthier lifestyle.

I used to think being physically fit meant I could bench press 200 pounds or run on a tread mill for half an hour without stopping, after one Ground Zero boot camp my entire perception of being in fit changed. Being able to sprint faster, jump higher,
run further while building balance and core is what I strive for at each class. The gym might give you strength and spin class might give you a little conditioning but at Ground Zero you get a healthy dose of both. I am now 38 years old and feel healthier
than when I was 28!

I have been attending Boot Camp for 2 years now! I love the results I get from GZF! I have increased muscle tone, strength, and endurance. The workouts are always changing, so I stay motivated to come back week after week. I have never gone back to a conventional
gym since joining GZF, and never will!

class, so I never get bored or stuck in a rut. I feel energized and accomplished after every class!"

I used to think that the only way to lose fat was surgery, or by taking weight loss pills, but I was wrong. After I started GZF boot camp I changed my mind. After only 4 months I lost 12lbs, 2% body fat and 5 inches off my waist. GZF Boot Camp changed
my life, now I actually like to exercise, when I used to hate it. I feel younger, healthier, and happier with my body than ever before. GZF Boot Camp is the best, and I thank the trainers for their support and constant motivation!

I started GZF Boot Camp because I was not getting any results working out on my own. At first, it was quite challenging, but then after each class, I noticed my stamina and endurance getting stronger. I immediately became addicted to the classes! I work
long, tiring hours, but I always showed up for class. Then I joined the New Year Challenge on January 1st. I lost 8 lbs, 8% Body Fat, and 5 inches off my waist during the Challenge! Each class is different and challenges me, and I feel more energized and confident
than ever. I would recommend GZF to anyone looking for real results.

On March 7, 2011, I weighed in at 264.3lbs. I wasn’t healthy. I had no energy. My cholesterol was troubling and the total number was 230. Something had to change. I attended my first boot camp class in Delray with a friend of mine that day, and my life
began to change. Nothing like a rude awakening to help you realize that you are in terrible shape and need help. Rod and James have been there for me during the whole process. From nutritional advice to exercises to do at home, they will get you to where you
need to be. Today is July 30, 2011 and this morning I weighed in at 202lbs. Over 62lbs gone in 4 months. My cholesterol problem is resolved. My last totals were done in April and the total cholesterol was down to 136. My most recent blood pressure (taken May
20, 2011) was 121/69. I look better, I feel better, and I owe it to Ground Zero Fitness. My results came from committing to what Rod and James are saying. Make it a zero excuses day. Eat well, work hard, and see results. One day per week won’t get you there.
Commit to Ground Zero Fitness and they will commit to you. They will get you to where you want to be.

Ground Zero is an incredible fitness program that has helped me become a collegiate athlete at a whole new level. It has helped me increase my physical strength, speed, and endurance. Allowing me to not only pass my intense fitness tests that many collegiate
athletes undergo, but has also improved my agility, coordination, and flexibility. The training enabled me to be a successful soccer player at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. I am very appreciative of all the support and motivation given to me
by my trainer, Rod Redznic. If it weren’t for his training sessions and persistence I would probably be undergoing physical challenges and would not be in the best shape that I am. I would highly recommend Ground Zero Fitness program to any collegiate athlete
it will not only improve your physical well being but improve your quality of life, attitude and energy level.

I started attending GZF Boot Camps in order to shed my excess weight once and for all before leaving for College. I tried many other things to lose weight, but honestly, nothing worked. I began with the Beginner Level Boot Camp and immediately became addicted
to the fun atmosphere and energy of the trainers and the other members. After a few months, I moved up to the Advanced class. I was shocked at not only how fast the weight melted off me, but also at how much stronger and better I became with the exercises.
I cannot express enough gratitude to the whole GZF team, Rod, James and Gina helped me with staying motivated and eating right. I have never felt more confident about myself than I do now. Thank you GZF, you have impacted my life for the better and I love
you guys!

I am a stay at home mom of two boys and parenting is my #1 priority. Besides getting in the best shape of your life, GZF Bootcamp has had a positive impact on my family. First, It is a great role model for my kids. They see mommy and daddy working hard
and staying active and it motivates them to do the same. They see us making time in our busy schedule to take care of ourselves and makes it easier for them to do the same. Second, GZF bootcamp gives my husband and I more energy and strength so we can actually
play on the monkey bars with our kids or put them in and out of there car seats with ease. Lastly, GZF Bootcamp is a great stress releiver from all the time I spend cooking, cleaning, parenting. It is my “me-time” and helps me get through the day with refreshing
insight. Thank you GZF Bootcamp!

I joined GZF Boot Camp’s New year Challenge on January 1st, 2011. I just love it, it is exceptional. In the first 4-5 weeks I lost about 15 pounds. I have more energy and stamina not only to do boot camp but also in my every day routines. In the beginning
I used to push myself for 3 day a week, but now I can definitely feel I am getting stronger and can do boot camp 5-6 day a week. I am definitely seeing results all over, I have lost inches around my waist, arms and legs. I look and feel great, have lost couple
dress sizes and can’t wait to shop for new clothes Rod and James commitment, individual attention to each member, motivation and high energy is outstanding. I personally feel that GZF is one of the best and closest to having a personal trainer.Their nutritional
plan really helped me to get on track and the tip “If you Fail to PLAN then you are PLANNING to Fail” has become slogan of my life for the past couple months. I am glad I found GZF and definitely recommend GZF if you want to see results!! Thank you GZF!

I have been a GZF member since July 2010. I joined because I was 8 months away from turning 30, I was going to be maid of honor in a November wedding, and was hell bent on getting in the best shape of my life. A high school friend posted on Facebook that
she was going to bootcamp that night and I thought that would be a perfect way for me to get into shape. I have never been an athletic person and didn’t play sports as a kid. Since high school I had been a gym member several times but never saw results from
working out. I never pushed myself and would stop reps as soon as they got painful. I LOVE bootcamp because working out with a group motivates me to strive harder and James and Rod are so motivating and positive. When we started the 90-day challenge in June
I decided I would finally change my awful eating habits and try the diet. I was shocked when I lost 5 pounds in the first week. Since then I have become even more motivated to be in the best shape of my life and I am pushing myself harder than ever. When I
started bootcamp I couldn’t run a quarter of a mile without walking part of the distance and getting a cramp. I thought I would never get any stronger or be able to move up to the advanced class. Now I am running several times per week and going to bootcamp
3-4 times a week. I never thought I would be one of those people who enjoys working out but truthfully, I really do! I look forward to continuing on this life-changing journey that has not only changed my body but has changed my mind too. Exercise CAN be fun
and the reward of optimal physical fitness and constant goal satisfaction has been well worth my every sweating minute along the way!

When I first started GZF Bootcamp I had never worked out a day in my life or done anything active for that matter. I was so out of shape I couldnt run for more than 30 seconds with out getting a cramp and had to stop cause I was so out of breath (not joking
as sad as that is). I am the type of person that always paid for a gym membership every month and never went I had no idea what I was doing, I always felt like an ass and everyone was staring at me. My first day at boot camp I definitely almost passed out
and threw up at the same time. My endurance slowly started to build and I found myself doing things I never would have imagined I could. I have been going for a year now and am completely obsessed with this program. Everybody in the class’s are very nice and
friendly and everyone is there for 1 reason to workout which I like, You never feel uncomfortable. Rod and James are great motivaters and have helped me with my nutrition as well. During the Summer Slim Down I lost 8 lbs, 6% Body fat and 4 inches off my waist!
I would recommend this program to anyone! GZF has defenitly changed my life!

It all started November 1st, 2010. I was 29 years old and had reached 254lbs with 26% of body fat. Today, 1 year later, I’m 194lbs and 15.8% body fat and never felt stronger. I’ve always been pretty active, but also always loved partying and eating. So
from 20 years old to 29 years old I had gained over 50lbs. I thought this was the way it was going to be. Each picture or video of myself would remind me of how much extra weight I had put on. I tried dieting and working out but the task of losing weight and
getting in shape seemed impossible. I had heard of Ground Zero Fitness Bootcamp from my sister-in-law. Then my wife started attending a few classes every week. Seeing other people getting real results really triggered me off. So one Sunday morning, I headed
to beach Bootcamp and met James. I had found the solution to my problem. I got hooked. The results became my source of motivation. Friends and family couldn’t believe it. I had lost 30lbs in my first 30 classes. I then moved up to the advanced class. A year
later, I’m now 60lbs lighter. Trainers, Rod and James, made it all possible. They are friendly, professional, respectful, and very intense. I truly recommend GZF to anyone who want real results. This workout will get you where you want to be! Special thanks
to my friends Rod and James, for all the support from day 1!

When 2012 rolled around, I weighed in at 190 lbs at 42 yrs old, the heaviest I’ve ever been. A friend presented me with a challenge. The challenge was to join him and a “Super” Spartan race. It was going to be over 9 miles of running with 30 obstacles
to complete and on February 25th in Miami, only 8 weeks away. I was currently wearing my “fat” clothes to work. Physically, I was not happy…! I decided to get out of my rut and attempt this Spartan race. In February I took my first GZF Boot Camp class…..the
hour flew by and the sweat dripped off me like rain. I was hooked..! Over the next 6 weeks I attended classes 3 days a week. Each class was a surprise and each class different. The trainers change the exercises all the time……so you can’t get bored. The trainers
and the other Boot Campers in class help you push yourself each and every class. You’ll find yourself craving a Boot Camp class in order see everybody, have fun, and get a major workout. These are great people and at all different stages of physical health
and ages. No matter how out of shape or in shape you are, these Boot Camp class challenge you and make you work as hard as you are able. As for me, my physical shape changed, stamina increased, and weight plummeted….FAST..! The day of the Spartan race had
come, I weighed in at 169 lbs and I had lost 21 lbs in only 6 weeks of Boot Camp…! Felt great, I was lean and in some serious shape. I was in shocked with my results…..out of the 350 racers in my start time, I was first to finish. Out of the 3043 participants
on day 1, I was 7th overall. At the end of the second day of races and about 5000 participants in the open class, I was 27th overall and second in my age group…..! Without a doubt, I owe those race results to my Boot Camp Trainer Rod. I want to thank Gina,
Rod, and James for their knowledge, expertise, and for coming up with an innovative kick ass exercise system/program that works…! It feels good to say to yourself……I’m Back…!

MY FAVORITE THING about GZF… it is so incredibly SIMPLE! I just GET THERE & GIVE IT ALL I HAVE! Rod and James are incredibly motivating, and keep me going even when I think I can’t do anymore. The workouts are intense and addicting… I love the challenge
and can’t get enough! The results are impressive, and attending three classes a week I am amazed by the steady increase in my strength and endurance. I joined GZF Boot Camp in June of 2011, almost a year ago. On my first day of class I was impressed by the
full body workout… muscles everywhere were waking up astonished, and I was hooked! I joined the New Year Challenge in January of 2012, got serious about my eating habits and added a few training days; I am so proud of my results. The shape I am in at 41 years
old is the best I’ve ever been… I never could have done it on my own! The personal interest of the trainers, the exhilarating classes, and the positive energy at GZF inspire me to be my ‘new and improved’ personal best!

I had a gym membership[p for many years, and I always “planned” on going, but never started. I wanted to get in shape, but the gym was just boring. My daughter signed up to play soccer and that’s when I noticed all the people working hard on the side of
the field. I started asking around what that was about, and soon found out about the boot camp. I did my first free class and absolutely loved it. I’ve been doing it since then. Boot camp is almost like personal training, but in a group, which makes it even
more fun. I always struggled with my weight, so I signed up for the New Year’s challenge. I struggled in the end of the challenge and almost gave up, but thanks to Gina’s uplifting words, I got myself back together and finished the challenge and won “Overall
Female”. So with the boot camp you get a great workout for your whole body, but also lots of encouragement. Thank you so much Rod, James and Gina!

Having recently completed the 90 day fitness challenge, at 65 years old, it is my pleasure to offer my highest recommendation to’ Ground Zero Fitness’ because I found the experience working and being trained by Rod and James really amazing. I trained three
and sometimes four times a week so it is fair to say I am able to assess them. I am a coach/trainer myself and intrigued with other coaches who work in different fields than mine. I have found Rod and James to be extremely professional, highly motivated and
super enthusiastic trainers and the synergy that they produce is infectious. The energy and atmosphere during the workouts is inspiring and uplifting. Never are the sessions boring or repetitive but they are always fun and challenging and Rod and James are
great improvisers and bring the best out in everybody because they really do care. Mediocrity is not accepted and performance results are therefore guaranteed. I know from experience!
